How to use TV as a monitor

I have a '08 Aluminum Macbook what do i need to use my TV as a display?....I cant seem to find any HDMI adapters for the Macbook.

this works really well for me and also the system prefs for displays actually sees my tv as a sony!

I use HDMI on a early 2008 white macbook i got my adapter rfom the apple store cost me £15 but well worth it i know have my mac running on my 50 inch plasma.
