So, after using my 4s for a day now, I've found out that the application Mobile Mouse Pro can use voice dictation. It doesn't work great, but it definitely is a step in the right direction! Click in any text field and bring up the keyboard on Mobile Mouse Pro and then tab on the microphone and speak what you want it to type.
