How to video chat with a pc

Are there any apps for the iphone 4 (jailbroken 4.0.1 btw) that allow you to use the front/rear camera for a video chat with someone else, who is using a PC? I tested skype out but you can't, so i'm wondering if anyone knows of any other apps?

I've been looking for something like this too. Preferably one that works with gtalk.

You can with imovicha but the software seems glitchy (ie. Distorted cam on pc side)

That's a hearsay argument... Fring said that Skype didn't allow it and Skype oficially said they had no problems with it... at the end I think Fring just didn't calculate/prepare properly for the massive data passing needed for people using skype video and create an excuse so that people wouldn't leave them behind since it would cost them too much $ to make it work properly in a short time period...
