How to view purchased apps on cydia?

How can I find out which licenses I have actually purchased on cydia? I sure thought I had purchased BITEsms but I started getting ads today and its asking me to purchase license.

Ok.. So let's say that I restore my phone, how do i reinstall the app without paying again?

You install it via Cydia, but you must restore your credits/license within the app.
