How to view videos in safari

Hi,

I'm a new mac user and experiencing trouble watching Apple video tutorials on the Apple website.

Whenever I try to view one of the Apple video tutorials, I only get the audio feed and never get the video feed.

Would really appreciate it if someone can help me out here.

A new Mac comes with apple warranty. Contact Apple for support and they'll help you out.

My advice would be to download Firefox or Chrome as they are superior browsers overall.

If the problem still persists then you may want to contact Apple.
