How to view what devices are using my iMessage account through my iPhone

I need to check what devices are using my iMessage account, but I don't have access to my laptop. Is there a way to do this through my iPhone?

Also can I disable these other active devices from receiving my iMessages through my iPhone? I don't have access to the other devices, such as an iPad (which is receiving my messages), at the moment.

I'm not sure about how to check the devices, but changing your Apple ID password will kick all the devices off of iMessage until you sign in with the updated password.
