How to wipe hard drive but keep MS Word & Photoshop? Help

Hi macrumors

I just sold my MBP on eBay and part of the deal was that my computer had MS office and photoshop on it. I want to wipe the hard drive 100% but keep those programs.

Is there any way to do this? supposedly just dragging the app onto a flashdrive and transferring it wont work.

Ive downloaded the OSX mtn lion installer so im ready to set the MBP up as a new comp.

Yea, i took that out. Hopefully i'm not breaking a rule again by re posting this…
