macOS How to write files to "/Applications" folders on firmware 1.1.4???

Does anyone konws how is the "Installer.app" to install programs to the "/Application" folder? On the firmware 1.1.4,I do't have enough permission.I have tried all the method i can think,but all faild. Can i use "chmod 777 /Application/My.app" when my program starting to change the permission?
