how to write to ntfs usb?

hi im on macos high sierra i have a 128 gig usb drive formatted as ntfs i need to know how to write files to this drive without having to format it as the files i need to write are larger than the size that fat32 supports how do i do this or what mac program do i use?

Alternatively you may be able to use ExFAT instead of NTFS. It handles files larger than 4 GB and is supported natively by Windows, MacOS, and most TVs.
