How to zoom quickly in word for mac 2011?

Its too cumbersome to go into the view menu and select 200%. I dont see the page width option too. Where is it?

I'm gonna guess that without a mouse virtually anything you do is going to be somewhat cumbersome. Good luck!

I just hold Control and scroll. I've never tried to find a workaround with a trackpad.
