How VMFusion Access My FAT32 Partition?

Hi,

My iMAC internal disk has 3 partitions:

1. OS X
2. Windows Boot Camp
3. FAT32 for sharing between Mac and Windows

I cannot see the FAT32 partition when I use VMFusion, any hint?
