So this (SE 2020) is my first new iPhone in 4 years… Great phone. No regrets, at all.

But!
I am surprised by how warm it is. I received it yesterday, setup all went smoothly. Photos have finished transferring etc.

This morning I went for a 30 minutes walk. Streaming Spotify while I was out. I was not checking mail, nada. No other apps were used while I was out.

By the time I was back my battery level had dropped from 83% down to 56%. Now that is far worse than my "old" 2016 iPhone SE.

I have now turned off pretty much every imaginable background app.

What did concern me though was the iPhone was very warm. (And it is a very cool day here in the UK)

Am I needlessly worried or is this just the way it is? iPhones and Macs run "hot". :)

Thanks!
