iPad Pro How well do the 11" or 13" iPads work as sidecar second screen with Adobe apps tools and palettes?

Which sizes of laptop and iPads are you using and which iPad orientation works best for this?

I have found I have a better experience using the native iPad apps for Photoshop and Fresco using the Apple Pencil, and syncing via Creative Cloud, rather than mirroring the Mac screen using sidecar. For example, brush sizes and behaviors are inconsistent.
I have 14" MBP, and 11" iPad, and sidecar is only possible in landscape, afaik. (I also have 27" iMac, but the size difference is then too much.)
Would be interested how others have found it.
