So the title says it all. I'm looking at a macbook pro 13 retina model. A lot of my programs run exclusively, or better, on windows, and I like the OS as well. I'd be running both OSX and Windows, but I need to know how well Windows runs under Bootcamp (parallels is not an option here). This will be for 3d modeling and graphic design work mostly.

How well does Windows 8 run on Macbook Pro 13" Retina?

Honestly, 3d modeling might be very limited with only an iGPU, but the RC Window8 pro ran very well with bootcamp on my mid12 MBA 13. However, I found that Windows7 pro runs smoother while using Visual Studio 12 and Eclipse for android. Photoshop, InDesign, and Flash did better on OSX. Blender ran identically for the most part.
How good is the resolution scaling on windows 8 or 7? I'd like to be able to see what I'm working on.
Eh. I disabled it. It looks like crap to me. I use 1680x1050, Non-HiDPI under windows. Looks and runs fine unless I get close then I see blurred text/images.
