How well will this run?

Wondering how well I could run Unity3D with the specs of the machine below:

15" rMBP
2.2GHz Quad-core Intel Core i7, Turbo Boost up to 3.4GHz
16GB 1600MHz DDR3L SDRAM
256GB PCIe-based Flash Storage
Intel Iris Pro Graphics

Only concern is the integrated graphics, has anyone run Unity3D or another game engine using this before?
