Looking to see what everyone else is doing, and if we can learn from each other if there are better ways for our workflows to store pdfs.

I tend to keep all mine in the icloud > preview subfolder, and create more subfolders based on categories (i.e. auto, medical, recipes, resumes, etc.). I like how they are all in one place, but I dont like if im on a plane and need to access them, I cant unless they have already been downloaded. In cases with files i know ill use offline a lot, I will open those from preview into ibooks for storage. iBooks would have been my default choice for pdf storage if they allowed the ability to send a pdf to another app, but they only allow emailing it.

Im curious to know how you organize your pdfs? Apps/locations, structure of subfolders, online/offline viewing, do you use tags, etc.
