How/where to report a a website selling apple links...?

I was looking on ebay for a macbook, and came across this listing (I'd seen it previously but then it was taken down)

I then googled 'Happle'

http://happle.co.uk

Now I don't know about you, but I'm pretty confident they are selling links to the Apple Higher Education site, which surely can't be legal?! How can I report this to apple and or ebay? I've tired the ebay contact uplinks but they're pretty useless, and I can't find anywhere on apple that I can send the link to?

I reported that same advert to ebay 5 days in a row and they done nothing about it though it clearly is in breach of their terms,ie selling a non-physical item,i also looked on the Apple website for a way of informing them but there is no e-mail address only a phone number for customer support.

Good to know someone else is on the case! Ridiculous that they've set up a website for it!
