Looks like since 10.4.5, Tiger's been updated to handle the new start and end dates for DST that take effect in the US this year (where DST now starts on the 2nd Sunday of March instead of the first Sunday in April, and ends the first Sunday in November instead of the last Sunday in October).

Does anyone know if Apple's releasing anything for 10.3, or will people have to manually move their Mac's time forward an hour in March, back 1 an hour in April and vice-versa in Oct/Nov?

Edit: never mind, I searched for DST and didn't find what I was looking for.
Searching for "daylight savings" turned this up:

Sorry!

There's some sort of user-made patch out, unsupported by Apple. I haven't heard of any official statement one way or the other re: a patch for Panther machines.
