How will AT&T deal with free case/bumper?

My niece wants to get an iPhone 4 and asked me if AT&T will give her a bumper or one of the cases they have in their stores. Does anyone know how they will handle the free case/bunper issue now the Apple said we can have one for free?

You will go to www.apple.com next week and get on their site.
