Hey,

I'm in an online queue for a 32GB Silver 5s. I previously had a black 5 and felt that it seemed to get noticeable scratched more easily than my friends Silver 5. It seemed that the thin layer of black came off, where are the silver's scratches appeared less. How is the gold holding up? I quite fancy a gold, but I don't want it to be all scuffed up like my 5 was!

What do you guys think?

Since it JUST came out, one can only assume it will hold up just like all the other colors.

Not necessarily. I had noticeable scratches round the edges of my 5 after about a day. Ended up putting a cover on it. A mate of mine didnt and his was basically silver all the way round the edges after a few months.
