I've looked (perhaps not hard enough) and did not find this question answered.

Does anyone know how AT&T will handle people who will maintain their unlimited data who also want tethering?

Do we have to switch plans to get tethering, or will it just be the additional $20?

I have a 3GS and I plan on using one of my parent's upgrades to get the 4th Generation iPhone, but still maintain my unlimited data at $30 a month.

I also want to know if I have the option to tether for an additional $20. (But will that just be 2GB tethering or unlimited?)
