How will the Apple Watch software be updated?

How will the Apple Watch software be updated? I don't see any USB ports available on the watch to plug it into iTunes on the computer to update. Unless of course it will feature over-the-air (OTA) updating. Any ideas as to how (or if) the Apple Watch will feature software updates?

Makes me wonder if we're going to see an update before launch to alleviate some of the lag issues reviewers were complaining about.
