How Would I Create This Photo Effect on an Iphone/Ipad???

Which ipad/iphone app can create overlays of two images?

i looked for "overlay" in the app store and all that came up was an overlay app that produced really ugly results

how hard is it to set two photos on top of the other and be able to adjust the opacity levels?? there must be an app that does this?

i know u can do it easily with photoshop but im looking for an idevice solution

I found an iPhone/iPad app that will blend two photos with a variety of effects and tools to accomplish what the OP asked. It is an app called Image Blender.

Photo Forge 2 supports multiple layers and you can adjust opacity. It's one of my favorite iPad photo apps. It also supports full resolution editing and rendering--unlike PS Touch.

You could use visualize. Just have to adjust transparency
