iPad How would I sell a jailbroken device?

I was wondering what would the proper procedure be to delete all content and my information from my iPad 4 if the buyer wants to buy it jailbroken? I cannot restore to the same firmware (6.1.2) since cydia had a little incident where SHSH are useless. Thanks guys.

I believe there's something on cydia called iLEX R.A.T. that is essentially restoring your device without upgrading, here's a link: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/1568493/

I don't think that will work in my situation. i want to unlink my cydia account and everything, as if I had just restored and jailbreaked

To unlink your account, just go to Manage Account and click on the part that says your name. It will be right on the top. Your account will automatically be unlinked.

Cydia's SHSH on 6.1+ have become useless according to Saurik

when u restore on itunes it will automatically install the latest version
