How would you integrate multiple Journler sources?

I use Journler on two computers, my desktop and my laptop.

I'm wondering what the easiest way to integrate my various journal entries would be. I could export them all to one master folder that lives on, say, my external hard drive, or I could export each computer's entries into the other's Journler program. I can't make up my mind, so I would like some other opinions.

If any of you are running Journler across more than one computer, what is your preferred solution to this problem?
