Hello all,
On Black Friday, I bought my first iPhone (unlocked 7 with 128GB in Black), to replace my Blackberry Z10. Included with the purchase was a $50 Apple Store Gift Card. That said, I'm looking for a good silicone case as well as screen protector. How would you use $50 Apple Store Gift Card?
1) Buy case & screen protector at Apple Store with Gift Card.
2) Buy case & screen protector elsewhere; save Gift Card for future wants/needs, at Apple Store.

Option 1. I would purchase the case you want at the Store. Apple also sells a Belkin Screen protector, which they can apply directly to the display for you.

Thanks!
As for silicone case, the one in Apple Store online I want (black) is $35 but it has 1.5 out of 5 stars on 2 lousy reviews vs. something like this Hicober for $8.99 with 5 out of 5 stars on over 1,000 reviews.

As for screen protector, the Belkins, in the Apple Store online both get 1.5 out of 5 stars; the $39.95 InvisiGlass on 66 reviews (52 1 star), the $19.95 Anti-Glare on 3 reviews (2 5 star, 1 1 star) vs. something like these 2-packs on AMZN; Tech Armor, amFilm, Omoton or JETech for about $8 shipped, all of which have ove 4.1 out of 5 star, on thousands sometimes tens of thousands of reviews.

Thoughts?

I would sell the gift card on eBay or any gift card outlets and use that money elsewhere.
The case I’m rocking is X-Doria.
The screen protector is Tozo.

Don’t pay any attention to the reviews on the Apple store.

I would put the $50 towards some AirPods

Option #3: Give it to Speechless.
Sounds like a backup plan...Speechless is on the list, if I get it and don't use it. ;)

Other than Ebay, what are recommended gift card outlets?

Spend that on AirPower next year.
Thanks for the ideas!
