Just picked up a Macintosh ll si today with a screen for $35. Has games on it and old versions of Photoshop, word etc.. Worth the cash? It works perfectly and other then yellowing which I tried to clean (badly it's spotty now) it seems to have been well kept.

Thanks for the feedback, was worried it wasn't worth the cash

Macintosh Yellowing

Hello, Ih8reno.

Seems like you've found a fantastic deal, great work. The main reason that I'm replying is because that you mentioned the yellowing and cleaning it up "badly". I want to advise you to be very careful when you clean, as you could completely erase its original finish. I have my own recipe for de-yellowing my old electronics. You may be interested in taking a look at it. I will attach my original .doc document with this reply.

Thanks for that, I may try it in the near future but right now I am working on other comps in my collection. Recently picked up an imac g4 which I'm bumping up the ram on and installing wireless.
