I haven’t upgraded yet on my M2 MacBook Pro but am tempted to do so to get Apple Intelligence. These of you that upgraded, do you regret upgrading or the performance on Sequioa isnt as good as it was on Sonoma?

It’s been smooth sailing so far. Did a day one clean install on my MacBook Pro M1 Pro. Performance is equal or slightly better. Just make sure you have a proper backup of your files.

Intel Mac Pro here, Sequoia fixed bugs even for the older Intel Machines.
Way more reliable with external HDDs and SSDs, also the internal PCIe storage bug has been resolved.

Works really good so far and is fast!

I only regret updating to 15.2 Beta 1. Before even the first betas were good.

I've avoided Sonoma due to the general bad press...

Does anyone who dislliked Sonoma feel like Sequoia is better?

Just a heads-up: you'll find threads all around MacRumors and Reddit filled with with people's experiences about either macOS version. It's doubtful this thread will produce anything new.
