A common thing I do since my first ever touchscreen device was to be REALLY gentle and not press on it at all. I don't know what it is but I hate un responsiveness so I try to use light touches. When putting a screen protector I had to whipe it down with a credit card and the person who helped me put it on pushed down REAL hard to push out the air bubbles

My question is do the touchscreen on iPhone 5 degrade over time ? Playing games does the fast swipes ever make your phone prove to being un responsive one day ? Ha thanks for the info I'd like real stats and figures maybe what goes into making them

No, the iPhone's touchscreen will not degrade over time as it's protected by a sheet of glass. You'll find it's probably the most precise and accurate touchscreen out there.

if it does, u will have grown tired of the phone or the software upgrades would had force u to upgrade before any degradation is noticed.
