Hi. I have an iPod Touch running the 4.1 software but i recently wanted to jailbreak using the jailbreakme.com tool which is avilable only for up to 4.0.1. The problem is i cant downgrade my ipod touch iOS and then jailbreak because the 4.0 ispw file isnt on my computer (not sure why but its efinately not there). What shall i do?

What's the difference between the jailbreking like cydia and lombi0n??

Lombi0n? Ah, you mean Limera1n? Or greenpois0n?

Anyway, limera1n and greenpois0n are programs you use to jailbreak your iDevices. They both work well, and does the same thing. You run them from your computer.

Cydia is an app that you install on your iDevice after you jailbreak. Both limera1n and greenpois0n come with links to let you install Cydia. You then use Cydia to find and install other jailbreak apps.
