In iTunes, File | Back Up to Disk (just to be safe...)

Now... goto your Music folder, copy "iTunes" folder to Disk, or external drive. More specifically, the podcasts are stored in Music | iTunes | iTunes Music | Podcasts.

Keep in mind if you don't also transfer the iTunes Library DATA file, you will have to reimport all of your music.

Once you've got Leopard purring just replace the content of the Music | iTunes folder with the copy you made earlier.

Good Luck.

thanks.

where is that itunes DATA file located?
