This is my problem:
I cannot print wirelessly to the HP 7400 all-in-one printer even though I know its IP address and know the wep password and network name. I saw that the printer is using channel #8 and * I think * the SSID is set to channel 6 somewhere else, I have seen it, not sure of this.
The point is that I can define it (I am using OS 10.6.3) but the computer does not find it. If I loo at the display on the printer it shows the sign that it is connected and everything looks ”peachy“. I installed the All-in-One software (around 6500 files) and I don't see any effect on the connectivity.
I know I could print from a Windows
horrible machine, why can't I do it from my intel based Mac
