HP Colorjet 920c color preferences

Hi, all. I'm trying to help a friend who's running Snow Leopard and an HP Deskjet 920c. She recently replaced the colour ink cartridge on the printer in question, and the printer has decided not to print anything in colour. It's not an issue that the printer doesn't print properly or smeared, or anything, it's just that the printer will not print in colour at all (like the driver is forced into Greyscale).

She's using "preview" from her email to print.

Does anyone know how to set up Mac OS printer preferences to force it to print in colour?
