HP ColorLaserjet CP1215 - Parallels

I have MacBookPro and will be installing Parallels and XP. Will I be able to use HP ColorLaserjet CP1215? It has no Mac driver, but works fine on my standalone PC. If I install the PC driver on the XP will I be able to print shared docs?
