HP J4680 faxing and Macbook Pro

I thought when i bought the HP J4680 with wireless abilities I would be able to send a document (pdf, doc, txt) wirelessly from my Mac to the printer which is connected to a fax line and in effect send a wireless fax.

If it is possible I have not figured out how to do it yet.

Please let me know if this is possible.
