First, I'd like to thank anyone for any and all the help they can give, this issue has been bothering me all year and I can't find a fix for it.
My printer, the laserjet 4100 series originally had a parallel port and seeing as my 13in MBP (Late 09) doesn't have that I purchased a parallel to usb adapter. This worked perfectly for my desktop [PC (XP)] but I gave that up. Anyways ever since trying to hook up the printer to my MBP it installs just fine but when i send a print job it suddenly goes offline... sometimes pausing and resuming the job works but for the most part printing to it is really hit or miss.
If anyone has any advice for this issue it would be MUCH appreciated!
