hp Monitor to Macbook Air?

Hi guys, I'm new in this forum:)
I have a strange problem with my new monitor HP Pavilion 23fi resolution 1920x1080 connected via VGA cable to MBA.
The resolution is correct but the screen is displaced 4-5 inch to the right.
There's no way to see the monitor perfectly.
I don't no what's up:)
Any advise is welcome thanks in advance

Hi I find the solution,
the problem is the VGA cable I connected with HDMI cable is all perfect.:)
