HP P1005 - doesn't work with Snow Leopard?

Hello

I'm thinking of buying a cheap-ish laser printer such as the HP P1500 (the Brother printers are apparently quit noisy even after printing? I'm in student accommodation with paper thin walls ), but I've read that the P1500 doesn't work with Snow Leopard at all??

Many thanks! (or even for suggestions of other cheap-ish laser printers, I looked at the Samsung ML-2525W also?)

Best way to make sure it's compatible is to check from manufacturer's support site

I know there's quite a few 'non-mac' HP printers out there (I own two)

For reference, most of the photosmart series work with macs.

personally, I'd lean towards Canon for a mac though, but they don't make a laser printer.
