HP Photosmart C4700 series PREFERENCES???

Hi all-

New convert here. I have the above printer installed but can't for the life of me figure out how to change the default print style from Normal to Draft on my new i5 iMac. It's a wireless printer and I of course know how to do it easily from the PC.

I went into System Preferences and Printers and clicked on the printer and went through every single thing in there (drilling down into every menu) and I couldn't find it.

Help please?
