Recently my families computer hard drive failed and do to ignored repeated recommendations the computer wasn't backed up so data was lost, nonetheless our HP PSC 1410 Printer, scanner and copier will still print from the computer, and copy, but the scanner is no longer working. I am at a loss please let me know what you guys do. It is urgent for business reasons.
