I don't know if this is the right forum for this but I have an HP all-in-one and everything works fine except the scanner. Whenever i try to scan a document i get and error saying that the scanner cannot communicate with the computer.
I have tried to update the software from HP but that has not helped. Anyone have any thoughts about how to fix this?
