i have a HP PSC 1610 All-in-One and up untill about a week ago it was just fine then for some reason everything i tried to scan started coming out completely black. the scanner itself is clean, everthing is plugged in and installed correctly, and everthing else on the all-in-one is working fine. my computer is also working fine: nothing broken, no viruses, nothing wrong at all! Help me, PLEASE!

HP PSC 1610 All-in-One scanning problems

I have the same printer as you. The first thing I would check is the scanner lens. Does it come on when you scan something?
