HP showed off nice (affordable) 4K displays at CES

According to The Verge, HP is making a two really nice 4K monitors; a 23.8" and a 27"!

They are both under $1000 (the 24" is only $550) and have 4 USB 3.0 ports and HDMI. I'm excited!

I just hope they play well with OS X.

These are likely the same LG panels that Dell is using for their 4K and 5K monitors. We'll probably see Asus and everyone else offer similar monitors based on the same panels. I don't see much difference from Dell's offerings although the price for the 5K is going to force Dell to drop their price a fair bit. It would be cool if someone did something more interesting with the glass and casing but probably won't at these price points.
