Hey guys

So I've been having a look around for a second display for my late 2011 MacBook Pro and I like the look of the HP x2301. But I'm hearing some people are having problems getting HP monitors up and running with Thunderbolt enabled MacBooks. Has anyone had this monitor and willing to let me know if it will work with my MBP?

Many thanks

Sorry I don't have any info for you, but wondering what you found? I'm getting a macbook pro for work and wanted the HP x2301 as an extra display, would be surprised if apple didn't support non-thunderbolt displays.

Thanks

Hey, actually decided not to go for an HP but went for the Samsung S24A350H instead. Brilliant monitor, sits perfectly with my MBP and had no problems at all so far. Unfortunately I don't know anymore about the compatibility for the x2301 but I would be surprised if there was no support at all for it.
