I cannot get my MacBook Pro to print from the Windows side of my machine. My drive is divided using Parallels (I recently installed the upgrade).

It recognizes the printer then I get this message box: The file 'hpc20155.xml' on HP LaserJet P2015 series CD is needed. Type the path where the file is located and click OK.

There's a a bunch of code in the box in the drop down menu, but that just gives me the "ding" error. Then I get two options in the message box drop down menu 1) a path that begins from the Mac hard drive and 2) one that begins from the D drive.

I have the HP software in the D drive, but that's not enough info.

I have gone through most of the Troubleshooting steps and can print from the print command, but the printer doesn't print any other way. BTW, on the Mac side I can print just fine. Maybe this is a Parallels problem?

Any ideas would be most welcome.

Thanks,

Go Girl

p.s. I'm not very tech saavy, so please be gentle and specific.
