Does anyone use an app called "HRV4Training"? It measures the HRV values differently than the Apple Watch does, and I'm wondering if the different readings affect anything within the Watch's computations. HRV4Training uses the RMSSD, and I'm not sure what the AW uses, but the numbers are significantly lower than the one's shown by HRV4T.
The app purports to watch your "training load" over time, puts you into "Recovery points" which indicate whether you've recovered enough from a hard session, or should go light, and can also indicate perhaps an oncoming sickness, etc.
Anyone using this? If you are, how are you incorporating it into your overall health plan. I've just discovered it, and am currently using it as a stand alone, but the data will import into Runanalyzer, to give an indication of the effect of the run on your day to day activities.
