Htc animated weather question

Hey all I have an iPhone 4 and installed htc animated weather and perpageHTML. Thing is the weather isn't animated I've installed it on another iPhone 4 and works no problem but won't work on my one any ideas why ?
 
It's ok found out why in configureMe.js var showweatherani was false so changed it to true and away it went.
