Not quite my taste, I wonder about the appeal, it seems so pink it may not really entice too many people
 
Meh, no uglier than a gold-coloured phone.

Strange choice of content in that top window, though. There's not much of an intersection in the Venn diagram for 'wants pink phone' and 'watches the Champions League'.

I was actually thinking more of the gold 5s. Looking at the other M8 colours the gold looks similarly bleugh, but the silver and 'gun metal' are perfectly nice.

The 'pink monstrosity' is obviously targeted at girls and young women, so it's unlikely to appeal to many people here.

I prefer the solid colours of the 5c to 'tinted metallics', but the colour they call 'pink' is very peculiar. It looks more like smoked salmon than traditional girly My Little Pony style pink.
 
I never saw the appeal of pink phones...Out of all the colors manufacturers continue to do the pink pepto bismol color. :rolleyes: They've been doing this since the flip phone days.
 
That's just tacky.. what did HTC not want to let Samsung's Gold S5 be the only ugly varient , it had to take its great design and butcher it ..
 
Strangely enough, I like it. I still think the phone's ugly, but it's not as ugly.
 
I don't get it, i see it as guys phone myself. Their not light. Saw one on a TV show for the first time, detective on Blue bloods had a Silver one.
 
It'd look better if it wasn't bubblegum ass pink. I think a darker pink would have been a better choice.
