I tried to unlock my first-gen HTC One on the AT&T unlock portal yesterday night, and this morning I received an email saying that my request cannot be fulfilled because I am still under contract. I got the phone last May and in February I switched to their new Mobile Share Value plan for 4 phones, which is supposed to be without a contract. I have unlocked several iPhones on the site before, and all of these requests were approved. I did buy the phone with a reduced 2-year contract price, so do I still have to complete the 2 years even if I am not under contract?
