HTC Sense Cydget Help to change weather

I need a little help to change to weather location. it says to edit file at /system.library/lockcydgets/htcsense.cydget/private/configureme.js

how do I do this exactly?!!?

Find the file and then right click on edit with textedit on Mac or notepad for Windows then save it.

Not working in iPhone 4

Is "HTC Sense Cydget" working in iPhone 4? I am not able to see the changes in the lock screen. I am not able to open the "Lock Cydget" inside the Settings > Cydget. Please help if I am missing something... Thanks.
